Five star dentistry.'The Modern Dentist' collaborative approach attempting to cure my gum disease, has worked for me. 18 months ago Mark and Nick started a regular 3 monthly skilled dental intervention. Encouraged, I adopted their considered teeth cleaning routine. Mark was clear that gum disease is a tricky opponent and success is not guaranteed. However, in my case, thanks to Mark and Nick's combined efforts and a vigourous cleaning routine, all symtpoms are gone and my gums are restored to health.I'm truly grateful. I had my first appointment at The Modern Dentist yesterday, where I saw their hygienist, Nick Hodgetts for a thorough clean. From arrival to exit my experience was superb. The clean was the best and most comfortable I've ever experienced. Nick wielded the various tools with absolute mastery and was friendly and patient in equal measure. Finally, I dentists I actually want to visit regularly.

I’ve been seeing Nick for over 25 years, and I can confidently say he is amazing! His expertise and gentle approach make every visit a positive experience. Nick truly cares about his patients and always goes the extra mile to ensure we feel comfortable and informed. I wouldn’t dream of going to anyone else .Highly recommend nick to anyone looking for a fantastic dental hygienist!

Have been a patient here since the first opened. Incredible customer service and care -from their use of tech, the human-centric approach to dentistry -I’ve always felt informed, safe and looked after. Mark cuts through all the noise and focuses on what needs to be done and nothing unnecessary. Nick is the best hygienist our family has ever used. So kind and caring and proficient. And huge shout out to Joyti, the Orthodontist-her work on my jaw means I no longer snore, my sleep is so much better and my family now speak to me.

Nick was friendly and professional. He is a fantastic hygienist. Having seen him few times , I attribute my good dental health to his thorough approach and sound advice. He is excellent, and will put even the most nervous person at ease.

Always a pleasure to come and see both Mark and Nick and have been since the Covent Garden days. The set up at the Modern Dentist is a real step up. Great facilities and location and the same great, friendly service from beginning to end. Actually makes a trip to the dentist something to look forward to. Highly recommend.

I was referred to The Modern Dentist after the hygienist services at my longtime dental practice started to go downhill. Nick's cleaning was absolutely fantastic. It had been years since I had a cleaning so thorough and effective. I am so pleased with the service and have been recommending the practice to everyone I know.

What's not to love about a hygienist appointment with Nick?I leave with teeth that look and feel sparkling, tips/ tricks on oral care (if needed) and, in addition to being a brilliant professional, he's a genuinely lovely guy.It's a pleasure to spend time in the chair.
